Very good production of don Giovanni. I had a seat right up in front of the stage. First time I’ve been that close. Interesting perspective. Unlike the London performance I saw in October this one was in Italian–much better. Setting wasn’t original, more 20th century. Being a German production it had some S&M in it….Germans…..
