Paris Lost Dutchman?

Nine or ten hours ago I saw the flatbed truck hauling a trailer. Now, after those nine or ten hours, I see s flatbed truck hauling a trailer. Either there is a trailer factory nearby with really poor transportation logistics, or, it’s the fabled Lost Dutchman of Trailers.
