I was in Phnom Penh three years ago. The difference between then and now seems enormous. Traffic has increased tremendously. The number of cars and SUVs on the road seems to have increased geometrically. Building is going on virtually every block. Things are popping.
Here’s the latest addition, a large westernized mall, complete with a Christmas Tree and canned Christmas music. Notably odd since Cambodia is 95%+ Buddhist.
