					<description><![CDATA[I really like the old riggings and tarred rope.  When you approach these exhibits at given ports, you often pass similar rigging of modern times on the approach railings, gangplanks, and nearby adjacent boats moored in their slips.  I&#039;m always pleasantly amazed how, although the materials may change, the designs remain the same.  A pulley then is a pulley now.  I was reminded of this at the recent Port Townsend Wooden Boat Festival.
That second photo of the sunlit ship is a nice one.
