Visited Huaca Pucllana, an adobe and clay pyramid that predated the Inka. Originally a power center for the “Lima Culture” it got co-opted by other cultures as a place burial for the importants.

Fun fact — Lima’s total yearly rainfall averages 16mm, a little more than 1/2”.
