Depends on who gets where first, which vehicle is largest, and, not much else.
Most intersections have no stop signs or yield signs. (Yield!? See above.)
Major intersections may have lights as shown below. They also have countdown clocks, which seem to be a two edge sword.
Pedestrians? Good luck with that. Follow the locals and keep a watchful eye.
