A bit of a pain, the flight. They screwed something up and my aisle seat turned into a middle seat. It was a Dreamliner that originated in NYC, stopover in Lima, final destination Santiago. As a result, the aircraft was configured for long haul. Thus, the seat pitch was tolerable. A short flight at about 2.5 hours. Nonetheless, I wasn’t pleased and said so in my evaluation that LATAM asked me for.
