As expected I have come up empty with my search for the Rizal monument.
On the bright side, I did meet several very nice people and am now an “investor” in a pork business. I’ve posted a reward on local forums for anyone who finds the place and have several taxi/van drivers on the lookout as well. But, I’m not holding my breath.
Currently in a lounge at the Cebu airport waiting for my flight to Hong Kong.
