Was supposed to get to Warsaw about 7pm. But, it snowed. Arrived at 11pm instead. Too late to get the train or regular bus from the airport to town. Had to take the Night Bus instead. Packed with locals ending their shifts at the airport and heading home.
Arrived in central Warsaw at midnight. Took a few minutes to figure out which direction the hotel was. (Always carry a compass.)
Checked in and battling jet lag. Going west I’m fine, going east hammers me.
A “gift” from the CCCP from back in the CCCP days. So ugly its beautiful.
