Another night at the MUPA. Tonight was the Vienna Philharmonic conducted by Andris Nelson (music director of the Boston Symphony Orchestra). Hard to get any better.
Mahler. Even if you don’t like Mahler you have to like Mahler. The orchestrations are always, it seems, huge. 100 musicians on stage tonight:
The MUPA has a collection of ushers and usherettes. I’m been there enough that I’ve beginning to recognize them all:
