If Bucharest is falling apart or being put back together. There are lotsa, at least in my neck of town, buildings that appear to be crumbling before one’s eyes. Stucco-like veneer peeling off, balconies cracked, ledges cracked and failing, etc.
It’s really quite dangerous. Not a safe bet to be walking around during freeze thaw event.
