Night 3 at the Concertgebouw. Chamber music tonight. String quartets of Haydn, Mendelssohn, and Sibelius. The Haydn was an odd piece. Never would have guessed the composer. Mendelssohn was typical. The Sibelius was the treat of the evening. I had not heard it afore, but, it doesn’t rise to add it to the music to find list.
