Everywhere you go in the world the baseball cap you are most likely to see the locals wearing is NY. The Yankees account for about 95% of such sightings. After that, it’s Boston. Maybe 4%. The remaining 1 or 2 percent is a mashup.

The only exception to this is in Asia. NY is still number one. But, it isn’t unusual to find Cleveland Indians hats. Red being a lucky color here. Plus, Chief Wahoo is a plus. I’ve had street venders offer to buy or trade for my hat.
