…which is good and not so good. Good because the normal crazy Cairo traffic was very light this morning. Thus, the ride from the airport was only 20 minutes rather than two hours. Not so good because, since it’s the “weekend” it’s a day for rallies. A small, maybe a few hundred, gathered at tahrir square today in the afternoon for some political event or another. It’s just about 7pm and other than the constant beeping from traffic things seem to have quieted down.
