A rarity, a cloth towel hand dryer. When’s the last time you’ve seen of these?

It’s like a baby pickup truck:
Now this is interesting. A neighborhood garbage bin. Only the little brown part is above ground. The huge grey box below the brown part is below ground. They come around with the truck and pull the whole she-bang up and the bottom of the grey box opens and they dump the contents into the garbage truck and then slide the grey box back into the ground.
