22-25 Million people in Cairo. It’s a “dirty” city in the sense that there is desert dust/sand everywhere outside. It kind of reminds me of Bethel, Alaska in that sense. (Sandy and Howard will appreciate that.) It’s a dirty city in the real sense that there is a significant amount of trash laying about. If they had the money they could probably put a third of the unemployed to work for years sweeping the streets and picking trash.
